Can I check the status of my order?

Thank you for exploring our new platform!
The feature you’re looking for isn’t available on our new platform yet, but it's on the way. In the meantime, you can complete this task in the original Lyreco Webshop following the instructions in this article. To switch back, simply click on your log in 'Account & Settings' and then click on 'Back to original platform'.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to follow your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you have not received the email within 2 hours.

If you have an online account on Lyreco Webshop, you can also track your order there:

  1. Log in to the Lyreco Webshop and go to your profile >Order history   
  2. Find and select the required order.
  3. On the order details page, click on the Check delivery details button at the top.  
  4. Check the status detail bar for the current status of your order.
