In the meantime, you can complete this task in the original Lyreco Webshop following the instructions in this article. To switch back, simply click on your log in 'Account & Settings' and then click on 'Back to original platform'. 

THIS FUNCTION CAN STILL BE COMPLETED IN WEBSHOP:

To access copies of your invoices or credit notes, follow these steps when logged into Webshop:

1. Click on the user icon.
2. Navigate to 'Documents.'

3. Select 'Invoice/Credit Note.'

   

4. Add in the details of the document you want to retrieve and then press 'Search'.

   

5. Your document will be emailed to you within minutes.
