Please have your Lyreco customer number available when contacting us.

If you need to cancel next-day delivery, please contact us before 5 pm on the day you made the order to make sure we can still do it. We'll do our best to stop your order, but if it's already being processed or on its way, simply refuse the delivery. 

Please note some items may not be possible to cancel. You can cancel items on backorder as long as they have not been shipped yet. However, please be aware that personalised items cannot be cancelled. Additionally, cancellation may not apply to non-stocked items.
