  • Feedback button: This can be found on the right side of the screen - share any feedback you wish to on improvements needed on our website.
  • Customer Satisfaction survey after order completion: Share how satisfied you are with our website plus any further feedback you want us to learn from you.
  • Customer Satisfaction survey on selected pages: Occasionally, we will launch a short-term survey on selected pages, to learn from you what we can improve on these pages and specific elements.
• User tests: Join our user testing sessions. Keep checking for more information on how to join the tester community.
• Email/Webform queries: We will analyse on a regular basis the challenges you are facing and how to solve them one by one.
